Workouts and Nutrition go hand in hand. You can’t be successful in one and not the other. Disclaimer: I am not a certified personal trainer nor a nutritionist. I am providing information on what worked for me. Every body is different and may respond differently, but this can help provide a road map into the right direction.
Workouts
Weight training is a great way to workout and lose weight while also building muscle. Many beginners are intimidated by the gym as they don’t know where to start and fear being judged by others. The fact of the matter is everyone in the gym is there for the same reason, to better themselves. Sure, there is a wide range of experienced lifters, but I guarantee anyone would be willing to offer any help and advice if asked. For beginners, the most important thing is to just start. I will cover this more in depth in the blog.
Nutrition
The formula for weight loss is simple. Your calories burned must be greater than your calories consumed. Although the formula is simple, it takes discipline and consistency to be successful. With this blog, I want to provide guidance on what to do to lose weight the healthy way with proper nutrition but still being able to enjoy the foods you like. There are no short cuts.
